Withdraw from the contract

If you bought a paid plan remotely and you are within the legal period of 14 days (articles L.221-18 and following of the French Consumer Code), you can exercise your right of withdrawal below in two steps. No account is needed. You will receive an acknowledgment by email, which serves as a durable record.

A special case applies to digital content. If you expressly asked for the service to start right away and acknowledged that you give up your right of withdrawal, that right may no longer apply. If in doubt, send your request anyway and we will get back to you.

During the public beta every OpenTahr account is free and no paid plan is on sale yet, so there is nothing to withdraw from for now. This form is ready for the paid plans. The data you enter here is handled as described in the privacy policy.
