05Intellectual property
All the elements that make up the opentahr.com site (structure, text, graphics, logos, illustrations, the OpenTahr brand, the mascot, the visual identity, and the software and databases that run it) are protected by intellectual property law and remain the exclusive property of the publisher, unless stated otherwise.
Any reproduction, display, modification, publication, transmission or distortion of the site or its content, in whole or in part, by any means and on any medium, without the publisher's prior written consent, is forbidden. It would be an infringement punishable under articles L.335-2 and following of the French Intellectual Property Code.
The content that users generate with the tools (reports, websites, text) is governed by the terms of use.

07Liability
The publisher takes every reasonable step to keep the information on the site accurate, current and complete, yet errors, omissions or inaccuracies may remain. The information is provided for guidance only and is not professional advice.
The publisher cannot be held liable for the following.

The full commitments and limits of liability are set out in the terms of use.
08Hyperlinks
The site may contain links to third-party sites, in particular the AI provider pages where you get an API key. The publisher has no control over the content of those sites and accepts no responsibility for their practices, content or privacy policies.
You are free to link to opentahr.com, as long as the link does not harm the image of the site and does not use framing or any practice likely to confuse the public.

Under articles L.612-1 and following of the French Consumer Code, any consumer has the right to use a consumer mediator free of charge to settle a contractual dispute with a business out of court.
Since the OpenTahr service is currently provided free of charge, a mediator approved by the CECMC will be appointed when the paid plans launch. Until then, you can send any complaint to contact@opentahr.com, and we commit to looking for an amicable solution in good faith before any other route.
